Does it cost anything to join 13cabs?

Our Induction Training and onboarding are free of charge! You are required to show that you have purchased at least two uniform shirts before we can activate you in our systems.

When can I start driving?

Once you've completed our Induction Training and onboarding processes, one of our friendly team members will review your documents and be in touch. If everything is in order, you can start driving as soon as the review process is complete.

How do I purchase a 13cabs uniform?

You can order everything online from 13shop. You can also pop in to your nearest 13cabs Support Hub.

Can you help me find a cab to drive?

Yes! We have an online platform to connect 13cabs Professional Drivers with 13cabs Operators nationally. Visit here for more information.
