You will need these documents to complete your 13cabs Professional Driver application form:

• your drivers licence
• your taxi licence
• your ABN (you must be GST registered)
• a passport quality photo of yourself

If you don't already have a taxi licence from your State Government regulator, please select your state to obtain your taxi licence now:

• New South Wales (T Conditon)
• Northern Territory (CPV ID Card)
• Queensland (Driver Authority)
• South Australia (Driver Accreditation Card) (you need to complete your training before applying for your taxi licence)
• Victoria Accreditation Certificate and Accredited Driver Card
• Western Australia (PTD Authorisation)
